Site Size & Condition: Small Tuol Phnom Toch (ភ្នំតូច - Pronounced: P'nom Toch) there are reportedly two sites within this local, one by the name of Phnom Toch and the other as Phnom Sangkaban, we are unsure as to which site houses what. The first hill houses a ruined temple, though most likely a temple mound and a cave. Nothing else is known about the two sites, and will require further investigation.

The inscriptions that were discovered here include K.448, which was a two sided stele inscription with a carved figure with 17 and 11 lines of ancient text, inscription K.591 was also a stele inscription with roughly 19 lines of Khmer script on one side and 13 lines on the other. The additional inscription K.819 is reported to be the same inscription as K.591, and is housed at the Angkor Conservancy in Siem Reap Province.
