Site Size & Condition: Medium Prasat Prasat Chhouk (ប្រាសាទឈូក - Pronounced: Pra-saht Ch'oohk) stands three laterite temples with the top half composed of brickwork, though most of the brickwork has collapsed and only a small portion of brick can be seen still sitting as the temple tower tops.

The site is surrounded by a moat with an east entrance causeway and a path leading to a man-made reservoir by the name of Trapeang Chhouk. The site sits wedged between Phnom Mrech and Phnom Tenot.
