Spean (ស្ពាន - Pronounced: Spien) one of the many historic bridges built by King Jayavarman VII that spans the Royal roads leading out from Angkor to the far stretches of the empire. This particular bridge is 13m long and 7m wide. A pair of sandstone naga balustrade would of aligned both sides of the laterite bridge. Fragments of a balustrade can be seen in situ.
