Site Size & Condition:Neak Ta Tuol Ang (ទួលអង្គ - Pronounced:Toohl Ong)

More a platform than mound, this square, flattened earth area is reached by a flight of steps and topped by a large concrete neak ta shrine. The most recent images we've found however show a shrine devoid of any artefacts while the raised area also lacks visible vestiges of any description. It's possible, but unconfirmed, that the terrace corresponds to the site of an ancient temple and we can only assume that at one time the large shrine, with lockable doors, contained something of some value.

The site is located in the centre of modern-day Ang Snuol village and some of the older, local residents may be able to shed some light on the site.
