Ban Prakham (บ้านประคำ - Pronounced: Baan P'rah-kam)
This listing includes the moated settlement of Ban Prakham as well as the large, partially-intact, rectangular reservoir situated immediately north of the village. The latter feature measures some 120m x 300m and is orientated to 75 degrees although the southern embankment has been impacted by adjacent village construction.
The oval-shaped village shows traces of an ancient moat on its southern side. The surrounding field boundary pattern suggests that the reservoir was contemporaneous with the ancient village - at least in the post-Dvaravati period of its existence. Wat Pakham Aram Si is located on the eastern embankment of the reservoir but fails to show any vestiges or artefacts.
