Ban Phak Mai (บ้านผักไหม - Pronounced: Baan Pak Mai)
The small village of Phak (or Pak) Mai is listed on both the CISARK website as well as the Thai Fine Arts Department survey of Sisaket although, unfortunately, neither offer descriptions of the site in question. Satellite images reveal a partially-intact reservoir on the east side of the village approximately 50m x 100m and orientated northeast-southwest. Further verification is required.
