Site Size & Condition: Medium Tuol Tuol Prasat Neak Ta Dambang Daek (ទួលប្រាសាទអ្នកតាដំបងដែក - Pronounced: Toohl P'ra-saht Ah-nahk Ta Dom-bahng Dayk)

The site now houses two small neak ta shrines with fragments of brick, sandstone and a sandstone pedestal, that is surrounded by a dried up moat with an east entrance causeway.

The remains of a temple site dating to the Funan period, under King Jayavarman I. An inscription K.875 (one of the oldest inscriptions to date), with 18 lines of early Sanskrit was discovered here. It was commissioned by Kullaprabhavati, the chief queen to King Jayavarman where the Queen proclaims her love for her husband. This particular inscription is now on display at the National Museum of Cambodia in Phnom Penh.

In 2017, a new inscription was discovered here dating to the 9th century under King Yasovarman I and is now housed at the Prey Veng Provincial Museum.
