Site Size & Condition: Small Tuol Wat Prei Voar (វត្តព្រៃវល្លិ៍ - Pronounced: Woit P'rei Vo'oar) a modern temple that was built on the foundations of an earlier site that is surrounded by a moat. Two inscriptions were originally discovered here K.49 and K.50 along with a number of sandstone blocks, and a lintel. The whereabouts of the lintel and inscription K.49 is unknown, though the inscriptions are housed at the National Museum of Cambodia in Phnom Penh.

Inscription K.50 was carved on a schist panel and was likely discovered by Etienne Aymonier sometime between 1882-84. It contains 2 lines of Sanskrit, that talks about the installation of an image of Vishnu and Shiva combined into a single figure represented as Harihara, on the 15th of April 668.
