Wat Tuol Leap (វត្តទួលលៀប - Pronounced: Wot Tuol Le-ap)
Highly tentative listing, based mainly on the monastery's inclusion of tuol in its name, although, since the village - located on the bank of the Pursat River - has the same name, it's a question of was the wat named after the village or vice versa. Clearly, if the former is true then said tuol could be located - or was located - anywhere in the village.
The wat, as it appears today is of relatively recent construction and doesn't show any obvious signs of having been an ancient site. There is a rectangular pond on the northeast side of the monastery grounds but its proximity to the river would seem to preclude the construction of any moat. (It is, of course, entirely possible that over the last millennium, the river has changed course.)
Our suggestion would be to enquire at the wat. The tuol may well be a well-known local feature or may have disappeared centuries ago when the village first got its name. Requires verification.
